Construction process
1. Preparation before construction:
◆ Clean the track base surface, and the track base surface shall be fully wetted 24 hours before grouting. One hour before grouting, the accumulated water shall be drained.
◆ Erect the formwork according to the grouting construction drawing, and the formwork shall not leak grout.
◆ In case of grout leakage during grouting, it shall be handled in time.
2. The process of grouting with crane rail grout material shall meet the following requirements:
◆ During secondary grouting of crane rail grout, grouting shall be conducted from one side until the other side overflows. Grouting shall not be conducted from four sides at the same time.
◆ After the grouting starts, it must be carried out continuously without interruption, and the grouting time shall be shortened as much as possible.
◆ It is strictly prohibited to vibrate during grouting. If necessary, bamboo strips can be used for pulling and diversion.
◆ The thickness of each grouting shall not exceed 150mm. When the grouting layer is less than 30mm, corresponding auxiliary measures shall be taken or other types of materials shall be used.
◆ The vibration of the running machine shall not be transmitted to the equipment foundation ready for grouting.
3. The initial setting time of CGM crane rail grout is about 3-4 hours.
4. After 3-4 hours, the initial setting shall be identified by visual inspection and hand feeling. After the initial setting is determined, the surface shall be gently troweled with a spatula, and then covered with linen or cotton cloth.
5. According to the difference of temperature, under 15℃, water curing shall be conducted once a day in the morning and once a day in the evening; 15℃C - 35°C curing with water once a day in the morning, twice a day in the afternoon and twice a day in the evening.
6. Wet curing shall be conducted for the solidified crane rail grout for at least 7 days.

Product Characteristics
1. Early strength, high strength: 1-3 days compressive strength up to 30-50Mpa above, 28 days compressive strength up to 60Mpa above.
2. High self-flowing: it can fill all the voids and meet the requirements of secondary grouting of equipment.
3. Micro-expansion: ensure the close contact between equipment and foundation, no shrinkage after the second grouting, high bond strength, and the reinforcement holding force is not less than 6Mpa.
The bond strength is high, and the holding force with the steel reinforcement is not less than 6Mpa.
4. Winter construction: outdoor construction is allowed at -10℃.
5. Strong durability: this product is an inorganic cementing material, the service life is greater than the service life of the base concrete. After millions of times of fatigue test, 50 times of freeze-thaw cycle test strength without significant changes. After 30 days of immersion in motor oil, the strength is significantly increased.
