FSA101 Mortar waterproofing agent

Our silane impregnation agents contain four forms of compounds;Isooctyl Triethoxy Silane, with its branched chain structure, exhibits exceptional durability against UV exposure, making it an ideal choice for long-term protective product for concrete structure.

1. Isooctyl Triethoxy Silane

Isooctyl Triethoxy Silane, with its branched chain structure, exhibits exceptional durability against UV exposure, making it an ideal choice for long-term protective product for concrete structure.
Advantages:  Keep the structure breath;Prevent from freeze/ thaw attack;Maintains natural look

2. N-Octyl Triethoxy Silane

Overview: Small molecules for deep penetration and excellent waterproofing in concrete.
Applications: Ideal for protecting concrete in various projects, and also used in plastics, rubbers, and resins.
Advantages:  Deep penetration creates a strong silicone network;Long-lasting water repellent that cuts down on water and chloride entry;Versatile, improving performance in other materials.

3. Isobutyl Triethoxy Silane

Overview: Made for high-quality concrete, excels in harsh environments.
Applications: Best for high-strength concrete in tough conditions like bridges and tunnels.
Advantages:  Deep penetration forms a strong waterproof barrier;Resists chloride and UV damage, boosting concrete durability;Provides a lasting, eco-friendly waterproof layer.

4. N-Butyl Triethoxy Silane

Overview: Offers reliable concrete protection with effective penetration and protection.
Applications: Suitable for preserving concrete in various settings, including highways and seaports.
Advantages:  Effective penetration and protection create a dependable water-repellent surface;Reduces water and chloride infiltration, extending concrete lifespan;
Meets key performance criteria like depth of impregnation and reduced absorption.

1.Product use: Concrete surface protection

2.Product implementation standard: JT/T 275-2000 "Technical Specification for Anti-corrosion of Concrete Structures in Seaport Engineering";JT/T 991-2015 "Silane paste materials for bridge concrete surface protection"

Keywords:

1.Our silane impregnation agents have been widely used in various projects across China.

2.In northern China, specially during the cold winter months, There are two primary factors contribute to the deterioration of concrete structures:Corrosion from road salt. In regions where salt is used to de-ice roads, the resulting saltwater can corrode roadside barriers (concrete structures) along the road.Freeze-thaw cycles. The ingress of water forms as moisture that penetrates the concrete can expand upon freezing, causing cracks and spalling of the concrete.

3.Water ingress can bring many other deleterious soluble materials such as such as chlorides and sulphates into concrete structure, so blocking moisture and harmful substances is key to improving concrete durability.

4.Under concrete’s alkalinity, silanes react with water to form a silane resin network penetrate the concrete sturcuture internally lined but not filled. The silane resin network system prevents the ingress of water, reducing rust and corrosion, and extending the concrete’s lifespan.
