Materials required before construction of pervious concrete:
1. Aggregates: Clean single-graded stones with uniform particle size, procured near the project site.
2. Cement: Portland cement above the 42.5 mark, procured near the project site.
3. Pervious concrete binder: Package (20kg/bag); Dosage: 8-10kg/m3
- High water permeability, high bearing capacity, decorative effect, easy maintenance, strong freeze-thaw resistance, high heat dissipation.
4. Colorful road pigment: Packaging (25kg/bag); Dosage: 6-10kg/m3
- Excellent dispersion, light resistance, weather resistance, acid resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, resistance to other chemicals, alkali resistance, good coloring rate, no bleeding or migration.
5. Pervious concrete surface sealant: Packaging (20kg/barrel)
- Recommended dosage: approximately 0.2kg/m2
- Advantages: improves durability and beautification effect of pervious concrete surface, adjustable color, simple construction using airless sprayer. Can also be used to seal embossed floor surfaces and enhance other floor surfaces.
- Advantages of surface sealant: high weather resistance, high wear resistance, bright color, suitable for various pervious concrete construction projects.
